History
It was formerly owned by Evergreen Cemetery and is often found listed on a the net with the address for Evergreen Cemetery.
In 1999 Graceland Cemetery offered to purchase the cemetery from Richard E. Lewis. The city was in support of the purchase as they did not want the cemetery to fall into disarray. In 2001 the sale went through for about $160,000.
