1st Ward: 
Includes all that part of the city lying east of 
the Milwaukee River and north of Division Street. 

2nd Ward:
Includes all that part of the city lying west of 
the Milwaukee River and between Cedar and Vliet Streets. 

3rd Ward:
Includes all that part of the city lying east of the 
Milwaukee River and south of Wisconsin Street. 

4th Ward:
Includes all that part of the city lying west of the 
Milwaukee River and between Cedar Street and the 
southern boundary line of Sections 29 and 30. 

5th Ward:
Includes all that part of the city lying south of the 
Fourth Ward and between the Milwaukee River and First 
Avenue. 

6th Ward:
Includes all that part of the city lying north of 
Vliet Street and between the Milwaukee River and 
Seventh Street. 

7th Ward:
Includes all that part of the city lying east of 
the Milwaukee River and between Wisconsin and Division 
streets. 

8th Ward:
all that part of the city lying south of the Fourth 
Ward and west of Monroe Street. 

9th Ward:
Includes all that part of the city lying west of 
Seventh and north of Vliet Street.
