A deal was closed Wednesday between R. A. Wright and Perry Cavanaugh, whereby Mr. Wright becomes the owner of the Friendship House, and Mr. Cavanaugh of Mr. Wright's house in this village [Friendship]. Mr. and Mrs. Wright have some experience in the hotel business, and the Press believes that they will run a neat, first-class hotel. Mr. Keogh the present tenant of the house will give possession about the middle of next month.
