Chinese Pork Ribs

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup orange marmalade
3 Tablespoons ketchup
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 to 4 lbs country-style bone-in pork ribs

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic. 
Warm in microwave (optional) to melt marmalade about 1 minute, stir 
until smooth. Pour half of sauce into slow cooker that has been sprayed 
with food release spray. Place ribs in crockpot; drizzle with remaining 
sauce. Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours or until tender. 
Thicken cooking juices with cornstarch on stovetop if desired. 
Microwave some potatoes and steam a vegie, and supper is ready.
